Where recipes come from
ReciMe saves recipes you find on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube, or from screenshots and photos of handwritten recipes. If your recipes live in your saved posts, that’s what it’s for. Fixins works the other way round: creators post their recipes in Fixins themselves, so there’s nothing to import, and the scanner adds your own handwritten or cookbook recipes.
Missing ingredients
ReciMe sorts grocery lists by aisle or by recipe, and offers in-app grocery ordering for delivery. Fixins puts just what you’re missing on a list grouped by aisle, and one tap sends it to Instacart checkout. Both can get groceries ordered; the difference is that the Fixins list starts from your pantry.
